Hello everyone, wanted to update my navigation system today. It does not work. It gives me the message: Version not compatible with the hardware.
Can someone help me?
hello i connected the phone (Galaxy s21 ultra) via USB to the car (android auto port), i turned on the USB tethering, i connected the usb stick to the second port and the update just started from the first try. 
I did not succeed. I drove 1h 30 min and took out the stick and put it in about 20 times and in vain. it gave me the same two errors (missing media content on usb memory and version incompatible with the hard drive) and nothing happens. I think I'll buy a USB 2.0 to try.
thx guys. The stick is fat32 and i've done all like Opel explained. I want to update maps and system. I'll try again and i'll come back with feedback 
hello and sry for offtopic. I'm from Romania and I have a crossland x from 2019 with intellilink 5.0. I tried to update via usb with myopel apk from windows and i've got 2 errors ("no data or media something like that). My usb is kingston 3.2 32gb. I need special usb (2.0, 3.0)? Thx
